redneck1st
Was curious as to what would be a good program to use for which allow you to test FPS, memory usage and other things while in game? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

iXenite
Edit: Forgot this thread was not centered on a specific game - so I sadly cannot offer guidance on how to universally raise your fps. As far as I know there isn't a mod that will increase your FPS That has to do with your Graphics card and what it can handle That is why it's good to have a decent GPU in your gaming rig. As for me I recently upgraded to a VisionTek Radeon RX 480 with 8 GB GDDR5 memory. I can now run most if not all games at max settings and have no problems with the FPS

There are a few mods that can help you with that. There are probably others, but I've used all of these (except for ENBoost, never tried it before but it's supposed to help).
