phil76
Do you have your config.yml file set up correctly? That one tripped me up at the start. Yes I have set in config.yml the directory where NWn 2 is installed What files are you passing? Is log.txt generated? If you execute from the command line, is anything printed? FreshLook
If you run nw2fbx.exe from cmd without any arguments, is anything printed to the console? Have you downloaded the last version (0.5)? Edited January 27, 2018 by FreshLook

rjshae
@phil76: I know you said you turned off your anti-virus software, but I've had a couple of cases where an app. (including the NWN2 toolset) mysteriously stopped running. It turned out I had to whitelist the applications. Other than that though, I wonder if there is a DLL issue?
phil76
I checked my windows installation : no problem with installation I updated visual c++ redistribuable (there are version 2005, 2008 and 2013 in my PC) : still doesn't work I put an exception for nw2fbx in my antivirus : still doesn't work If it's a DLL issue like RJshae said, how can I check that ? FreshLook
The binaries are statically linked to the Visual C++ runtime, so no need for redistributable. They are dynamically linked to libfbxsdk.dll, which should be included in the release. Is log.txt generated if you double-click nw2fbx.exe? Have you modified config.yml or are you using the original?
