New Character Wont Stop Breathing Heavily After Leaving Vault.

So i just made a new character but the problem is that heavy breathing the character does after leaving the vault is not stopping. Its been going on for 9 minutes now and its starting to get annoying. I've tried going back to main menu and back but that didn't stop it. Help would be appreciated.

Yes, not that it would help, but this seemingly is a problem on my savegame specifically, to fix it i would need a console command that resets the heavy breathing.

I came here hoping someone would know a command that would fix it, i tried looking myself but could not find anything that could turn off whatever line

Whatever line of code it is, it has to be associated with when you first leave the cyro pod, as thats when the heavy breathing starts.

I'm having the same problem, how did you fix it?

To those experiencing this; It looks like the actual trigger to disable the heavy breathing is on the way to the police baton. If you go through the vault, normally, the breathing should stop. If you TCL'ed out early, you just need to go back into the vault and walk to that first baton.

if getting and equipping the baton doesn't work for you, try running down to sanctuary and either talk to codsworth or enter into the Cellar behind that blue house. Sometimes Starting conversations can end a loop like that, or sometimes doing a cell load screen can end the loop.

I'll tell you the only thing that fixed this issue for me was loading an older save from before the heavy breathing effectively wouldn't stop.
Also I noticed that this bug returns and the only real way forward for me is to avoid getting fully exhausted which triggers this "won't stop panting" issue for me.
