Like I said, my mods seem to be compatable, and I have BOSSed the load order, too.

 

Anyways, here's my load order.

It also seemed to be crashing without mods as well. I have the non steam version. I patched the game to 1.7, but not through windows live. Is that a problem? It was crashing even before that.

 

And my specs shouldn't be a problem, because I play Max settings on SKyrim with the HD texture packs.

No, Non-Steam-Versions are not problematic. After patching manually, hover your mouse over the Fallout3.exe a short while, the number should show 1.7.0.3.

Fallout 3 has a problem with multi core CPUs. Did you already apply the Multi-Core-Fix? You'll have to edit the Fallout.ini file under Documents\My Games\Fallout3.
