stebbinsd
I'm trying to create some super-powered enchantments. I've used the "drain and train" technique to train my enchant up to 900, and I have a custom spell that increases my intelligence up to 900. But I still can't enchant my exquisite ring with a chameleon spell with a magnitude any greater than 15%! What do I do to make my enchantments OP? Oblivionaddicted
Change the object's enchantment capacity or create enchanted objects through the CS.

JelliedScrib
What you want to do is fortify your intelligence up to 4,090 but I would go over just in case. Then you will be able to enchant you ring or whatever. Also be sure to have a big enough soul gem for your enchantment. Be sure to quick save before! Oblivionaddicted
Fortifying the intelligence only changes your potions' power. You need to go through the CS to be able to give more powerful enchantments to the vanilla objects. You can enjoy this feature and many others in Dramatically improved Morrowind Tribunal and Bloodmoon by the way. For example you can only enjoy a constant 2 points of health regen with an extravagant amulet whereas you can get 9 points with a daedric tower shield because its enchantment capacity is much higher. JelliedScrib
The fortify intelligence was just so you could get 100% success rate.
Oblivionaddicted
Maybe will you have more chances of succeeding a self-enchantment but it certainly won't improve the object's enchantment capacity.
