Followers won't go in buildings with me.

As the title says. I enter interior buildings and my followers won't follow me inside i have to use the cheat terminal holotape to teleport them inside with me. Even for custom followers from mods like Tales of The Commonwealth won't follow in or out of interiors. Any suggestions?
