can I install CBBE (and armor conversion) for player character only?

I am trying to create a unique CBBE body (and converted clothes & armor) for my player character, and I used Outfit Studio.

The problem I have is that I have converted most, or all of the females in skyrim into my unique CBBE shape.

Is there anyway to make my character (player character) a unique body build, while the other women in Skyrim retain their default vanilla, CBBE curvy, or CBBE slim shape?

If the answer is Yes, then read on to learn how I got things set up, so you can tell me what I am doing wrong.

Here's what I did: I installed HDT physics (it works), then installed CBBE, then I also installed Mature Skin textures for CBBE, installed OCR (Omnisway Clothing Replacer by wavion2), and VOB (Vanilla Outfits BodySlided by gosthy) for convertable CBBE clothes and armor.

I used Outfit Studio to create a unique CBBE HDT body. After getting the sliders where I wanted them, I saved the preset, checked the Build Morphs box, clicked batch build. Then Outfit Studio brought up a window where I had to select every outfit version as BBP or TBBP, HDT or not HDT. This took me about an hour of choosing.

So after that, I loaded the game, now every woman in skyrim has my custom CBBE build.

What am I doing wrong?

Using a custom race (with custom body meshes) will make it possible for the player character to have a unique body. The problem with armors still persists, though. You can try this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16815/?

It's very outdated though. Never used it myself, so I can't say how well it works. Maybe a better (and much easier) way for armors would be to choose some custom armors, that aren't distributed to NPCs. Adjust them to your player cahracter's body with bodyslide - and don't let NPCs wear them. That's as close as you probably could get.

Just a note: Outfit Studio has nothing to do with preset creation; it's BodySlide. Outfit Studio is for editing meshes/making sliders/etc, and 99% of people never have to even look at the OS button in BodySlide, let alone use the program. It's purely a modder's tool.

There are two ways you can do it

The first is with Custom Races/a standalone custom race, and PC Exclusive Armour Path.

The other is with RaceMenu Morphs, which is an option with CBBE/BodySlide.
