TheMastersSon Posted March 22, 2017 Share Posted March 22, 2017 (edited) Good idea imo to read through the notes at Fonger's link, about skeleton Keys being removed from inventory on arrest etc. A less powerful fix (but also with fewer side effects, and less immersion breaking imo) is to just learn and use the game's vanilla lockpicking spells.
