jonnyeah
I'd move to Nevada, because I doubt any reptile that can somehow thrive in sub zero temperatures could also somehow survive in a desert.
ita
Don't forget that some dragons have 50% frost resistance. Edited February 1, 2012 by ita
Krawll
I'm sorry for a rather boring answer but if Dragon were to appear now, the Army would be the first to fight them and all we would have to do is find a safe spot . Someone said that Dragons would win against our Jets and war machines and that the Movie Reign of Fire was a good refference . I'm sorry but i don't agree. You don't even see the army fighting the dragons in that movie, you just see how the dragons get woken up and then you see a bunch of newspapers informing people of the cities thats been destroyed and stuff like that , then it jumps to many years later where all thats left are a few groups of survivors here and there. But you don't see the army actualy fighting them at all in the movie and i'm sure that there is a reason for that . They knew that our technology would probably win against the dragon but they wanted to make a movie where Dragons are taking over the world so they just had to make it so. In my opinion, our Jets, Tanks and boats would definatly get the best of them. I'm sure that there would be deaths on both sides but we would still most probably win. Another thing that i'm pretty sure of is that there would be some rich people who would probably see an oppertunity to get richer by trying to capture one or a few dragons alive to eihter study them or to show them off . Others would probably find eggs and keep them hidden from the rest of the world and would try to keep the babies as pets untill it's too late . Now to answer the question asked by the OP . I would probably just go on with my life and try to adapt. Just go with the flow but stay away from the crowds. I'm sure we've all seen enough movies to know that the only people who survive are the ones who don't follow the crowds.Especialy since , in a moment of panic, other people represent as much of a threat to you as whatever is causing the panic. Let's say you have a gun for example, everyone who sees your gun will try and take it from you. Another example is if you trip and fall down while running with the crowd, people are not gonna stop or go around you, they're just gonna keep running like a herd of mad cows and you're gonna get stomped to death. And last but not least, Crowds would be much easier to spot for a Dragon flying above a city than a single individual hiding behind a car patiently waiting for the right time to move. I could try and cover more scenarios but i'll just leave it at that for now . I gotta say it's a rather interesting subject though.
TimF
Anyway, jet fighters and missiles >> dragons. To think of it, what humanity has achieved today, makes all the former folklore and mythology look like nothing.
worldofscotty
Heat seeking missiles can be launched from the other side of the planet and land on the head of a pin. I think I'll just get on with my day. And try not to be underneath one when it plummets to it's death
Silvaner
All this nonsense about missiles and jets and the big metal boats that fling them. I think some people forget that Dragons have MAGIC! Our puny WMDs pale in comparison to these winged lizards!

thompsonar
I think it depends on how many dragons we're talking about... hundreds... thousands...billions? It makes a difference. I would certainly not fight them with a sword and my magic ability is not what it used to be.
