Nexus mod manager/ Fallout mod manager

I need help, after i used the nexus mod manager for fallout new vegas the fallout mod manager wouldn't work, i thought it may have been some thing i did so i tried to see if the same thing would happen if i used fallout 3 on the nexus mod manager, and it did, fallout 3 would no longer work on the fallout mod manager anymore either. I have no clue how to fix this, and i need help asap. if it help eveytime i try to use the fallout mod manger it say "Something bad seems to have happened. As long as it wasn't too bad, a crash dump will have been been saved in C:/users/PC/documents/FOMM/crashdump.txt. Please include the contents of that file if you want to make a bug report "

The same thing happened to me, but after I got FOMM to work, the same message came up for NMM. I need to fix this for Skyrim.
