I'll give you a quick rundown.

 

Body replacers are usually divided into two general parts:

 

1. Meshes - Those are responsible for the general shape of the body. (How wide the hips are, how big the bust, how defined the male "parts",etc.)

 

2. Textures - Those are the "skin" so to say, which is plastered onto the meshes. (Tattoos, Frackles, skintone, nude parts or predefined underwear, etc.)

 

The High Rez Textures which were mentioned earlier in this thread are quite complicated to use, because you have to choose, rename and place the textures yourself. One error and they will look "funny" ingame. I'll give you an alternative:
