KimCheeWarrior
it seems like itd be a no brainer, especially with all these god items floating around nexus. many times ill use these god items, kill everyone in a 1000 ft radius and then spend most of the time wondering where their dead bodies are. with the inclusion of a detect dead spell in skyrim, youd think itd be almost a certainty that someone would make a mod for a spell like that in oblivion. im gonna keep searching tes nexus but im almost sure that there isnt a spell like that in the database. Fonger
besides the obvious variations that have been around for 5 years you could use nighteye glasses nighteye goggles and dweemer spectacles all available on the nexus (of course)
nosisab
Midas had even a Detect Item spell which pretty much detected any interactive object in a huge area.It was called Master detection or something alike, the mod is Midas Magic Spell of Aurum, I dare to say a Must have mod for Oblivion. lrh9
Finder's Keepers is a Detect spell mod featuring several types of detection. It might be worth looking into.
Lazuri
Because it would make the imperial guards look incompetent. :3 With a detect dead spell they'd no longer have any excuse for letting vampires roam freely in cities and letting corpses lie undiscovered for weeks.
