To be honest I'm not sure, sometimes I pass so much time without even recalling I have a profile here than may miss messages addressing me unless, by luck, I look the first line at the page's top. PS: To make things worse, even the normal email I forget to read at constant basis unless specifically aware of one or expecting to receive one... then I see whatever else spam come in there, hardly ever actually reading most of them before making as junk.
