War at Whiterun?

So during the main campaign there's that awesome battle at Whiterun between the Stormcloaks and Imperials. Very intense and fun. But, there are so little NPC's that it's over easy and fast. I've seen many mods that can create armies but which one is the best to use to immerse this battle? Thanks!

I would say Civil War Overhaul by Apollodown but it is no longer on this site. That mod pretty much enhances every battle and makes it possible to lose the war.

Yeah I just looked into and there seems to be A LOT of drama surrounding it. Some saying he's just a butt hurt Liberal about the election and some saying he's redoing it/updating the mod. I'm praying he's updating it.

While CWO is the only mod I knew of that affected the main (scripted) battles of the civil war, there is a mod that will give you massive battles across the face of Skyrim. Warzones2015. Be warned, you need a beefy GPU to handle this mod in all its glory. However, there are options for turning down the textures for weaker GPUs.
