Ctd pls help

All I did was verify game cache and then for a while I couldn't even play it so I disabled all active mods and re-enabled them, and now I crash every time I go outside but its completely when I'm inside fine inside SKSE is up to date and I also have the latest enboost. Here's my load order:

I see a LOT of texture heavy mods there. What OS are you using? The reason I ask is because Windows 8 and 10 cap the available memory for DX9 games, thus making it much harder to run a mod-heavy Skyrim. If you have Windows 7 though, nevermind, that's not the issue.

 

While you're at it post your rig's stats, especially your GPU.

Okay, your GPU is just fine. Overkill really for Oldrim, especially if it's the 6GB version. Your CPU is just fine also.

 

Now Windows 10 is probably your major culprit. For reasons that escape me, it has been documented by many members here that Microsoft decided to have Windows 8 (in all of it's variants) and Windows 10 cap the memory available for use in DX9 games (of which Skyrim is) to 4GB. Once you exceed that limit, ctd.

 

So, my question to you is -do you have a copy of Windows 7 lying around? If so, can you set up your PC to dual-boot? If so, use that ability to boot into Win 7 to play Skyrim with and see if that solves the majority of your CTDs. Note that Win 7 is no longer being supported (at least non-commercial versions are not) so you should continue to use your Win 10 for anything other than gaming with old DX9 games (that are heavily modded.)

Could also be when you verified your cache that Steam ( in It's infinite wisdom ) decided to reset your Skyrim.ini back to default, check that and it's settings.

 

It will also 'unclean' your tes5edit cleaned master files ( skyrim and all DLC ) so they will need to be cleaned again.

I used TesVEdit, and checked both Prefs.ini and .ini and those are fine. And no I have no version of OS 7 what so ever. So I've been thinking I may need to do a clean install of Skyrim. Also I uninstalled a d3d9.dll file from my Skyrim folder thinking it wasn't gonna do anything considering the uninstall instructions said specifically delete all files added by the enb I wanted to get rid of so not sure if that can be a problem. :/

Well that depends, if you removed the ENB then tried to carry on with a game in progress then yeah that would cause lots of issues, i also noted you have lots of different weather mods, ( you really need all them? ) could very well be the ENB your running now doesn't like that.

erm .... all of them? No seriously, just pick one and stick with that, less chance of a conflict them, sometimes less is more.

 

Personally i use Climates of Tamriel and find it runs fine with my ENB and looks amazing.
