Those of you who join me in welcoming our newest forum members already know that I welcome the newcomers with The Ten Commandments of Nexus. They are as follows: 1) Worship Cthulhu or he shall swallow your soul upon his return. (If Ninja_lord doesn't disembowel you first :ninja: :P )2) NEVER demean the The_Terminators fishy-sticks.3) Fear the grues 4)Don't feed Bob( You'll see him eventually, I'm sure)5)Beware the socks(ask Malchik)6) Only purchase your top-of-the-line instruments of chaos from Lord Slyther himself. NEVER attempt to sell U.S.F. weaponry without Lord Slyther's permission. Those who illegally sell these weapons will be punished by being subjected to 'The Golden Touch of Death' power of Slyther's golden hand.7) In addition to Cthulhu, kneel before the awesome might of.....Accordians.8) NEVER attempt to encourage sanity(revised now that there is a Sanity Clause, see Sanity Clues in the lounge )9)Don't Spam (that one is there to save Sarac the trouble :D )and last but not least10) Embrace the insanity( for you shall see little of anything else here :thumbsup: ) But now Ninjas been banned, and I can't think of a new commandment to replace #1. Any suggestions? I'de like it to deal with one of our little....quirkes or running gags. Something that sounds off-the-wall or just plain crazy. Secondly, you could actually keep it the same, just change Ninja to Freddy. I'm a Lovecraftian myself. Course, you might like something new. Perhaps , as well as the wolf one , there could be something about Canadians as an endangered species. Also, considering the number of Apalachian ( my spelling's gone all to hell since Ninja's no longer around to proof read it ) folk now littering the threads, you could insist that the only musical form acceptable should be Blue Grass. And, finally, direct all hot blooded folk to the Snow Arena, where it all hangs... just hangs. BECAUSE HE IGNORED THE SANITY CLAUSE, NINJA MET HIS END. NINJA, RIP. ( Lisnpuppy... welcome. And besides, you don't come across as anywhere near as likely to disembowel someone as Ninja_lord did. I will however be dropping the first part of the 7th commandment so the new one will be as follows: 7)Kneel before the awesom might of Freddy's accordian. EDIT: To Damstachizz,OOH!!! Do I smell some competition for the fishystick? :PAnd feel more than free to pass out the pies!!! I like pie, and so does NewtC!! Second EDIT: Seeing so many good responses makes the decision really hard. After we have a few more suggestions I'll start a poll so the community can decide!!
