Not sure if I am skilled enough to do a decent job on the mesh, but if I get the time I'll try it. As for the maximum strength funtionality you should make it an increase strength enchantment, since weapon skills have no effect above the normal 100-point limit, and your character will be able to carry more. This would bypass the problem of static enchantments (At least is the way I planed to use ifever I would give continuity to Afinity project).
