Can't get mods to work - detailed description.

Hey, everybody. I have big problems here. I re-installed Fallout 4 after being off for a year or a bit more and I installed the mods I wanted. The trouble now is that none of them seem to be working when I start a new game. The main ones I've been looking at are LooksMenu, CBBE, Bodyslide, etc. Basically, they're just not working. I did basically all the same things when I got back on Skyrim, but I have quite a bit of experience modding Skyrim. Nothing works the same here though. Here are some examples of what I mean:

- The characters' bodies seem completely vanilla from the new game.

- In the starting character creation, the man's body is totally purple below the neck and doesn't have any hands.
- The hair from my mods shows up in the character creation menu, but the actual hair doesn't show up. Characters just end up bald.

- No body sliders show up in the advanced body section of the character creator.

Some additional information that might lend a hand:

- I tried disabling LooksMenu through MO but that didn't do anything except remove the advanced options (which weren't doing anything anyway) and the man's body remains purple with no hands.

- I tried disabling CBBE / Bodyslide but that just made the game launch to the tiny black window and the game didn't actually start at all. Re-activating them makes the game launch as before.

Pictures in the imgur link below are of the mods that I'm using, the plugins, and my Fallout 4 folder. I don't know what else might be relevant, but feel free to ask me for whatever you need to know.

EDIT: CBBE still doesn't work, but everything else does. Allow me to explain:

When clothed, I can use body sliders normally and they change the body accordingly. However, when I remove clothing, the body reverts back to vanilla. I have added the 3 lines to Fallout4Custom and I tried another tip or two I found (mainly changing Fallout4Custom on/off of "read only"), but nothing seems to work.

This is the only problem I'm having now. This is the one I most want fixed though.

Have you tried sorting your load order with LOOT?

Yeah. Weird thing about that though - when I use LOOT, it unchecks the DLC plugins and moves them all to the bottom of the list. I don't know what's up with that, but it gives me a warning that not having those checked messes with the masters for another mod.

You could try validating your game cache in Steam. That can repair a lot of issues.

To validate a game’s cache, right-click the game in your Steam library and select Properties. In the properties window, click the Local Files tab and click the Verify Integrity of Game Cache button.

Yeah, that's the first thing I do every time.

Ok, nvm. CBBE isn't working. The body is adjustable when you're clothed, but the hands look like they've got radiation burns. It's odd. When you take off the clothes, the hands are fine again but the body is totally vanilla. The body was a normal adjustable CBBE shape, but the Misfit tattoo mod was distorting things severely, so I got rid of that mod. After I deactivated the Misfit tattoos, it just went vanilla underwear and now I can't get a CBBE body of any sort.

Other character looks mods are working now. Makeup, hair, etc.

I just had a thought: any chance it's the new version of MO that makes it not work? I'm using a brand new version now, but things used to work fine on the old version.

Also to answer another question I know I might get asked, I did add the 3 lines to the Fallout4Custom folder.

Screenshot of what my character currently looks like naked (the issue is pretty much just the CBBE body isn't loading when nude but tattoos are so it looks horrifying):
