Running with a relatively high number of mods. Suggestions and feedback wanted :)

Hello, you lovely Nexus go-ers.

 

I've recently started a new game with 251 (currently) active plugins (and lots of non-plugin mods).

What I primarily would like help with, is how to ensure stability, and if it's possible to merge some of these mods, to reduce plugin number and issues.

I'm not quite as good at running mods and getting them stable as I was back in "the day", so I thought I'd throw everything up here, and see if there's any good samaritans that'd like to take a look at it and see if there's anything completely wrong, or if some can be changed for the better.

 

I know that putting the list up like this, is a bit messy, if there's any other (more descriptive) way, do let me know.

My load order has been attached, so it doesn't completely mess up this post.

I haven't looked at your load order but if you haven't used LOOT then I would recommend using it to do a general sort of your load order.

make a list of mods that state where they must be in the load order in the instructions on their respective pages then check the load order in NMM as LOOT is not perfect and sometimes puts mods too high up or low down.

once you have a load order that you are happy with, export it as a text file.

you can copy and paste the load order into spoiler tags if you want someone to look it over once you have finished.

And yeah, I've run LOOT, and gone over the files with WRYE to fix masters. Haven't edited anything with FO4Edit yet, as I'm not entirely sure which errors should be fixed. :)

it is also important to remember that even a "stable" modded fallout can CTD randomly

Yeah, I'm not getting many CTD's after running Wrye through it all.

 

Do any of you have any suggestions as to merging mods?

Running with Horizon as an overhaul, it's hard to tell if other mods I have is a bit redundant as well. :S
