I like my Grandfather (on my father's side) when he was visiting he taught me stuff.

 

I like three rubber scary toys my Grandfather gave me when I was a little boy.

 

When 25 cents was worth a lot, back when $1.30 was the hourly minimum wage, he wasn't rich but he bought me the hairy spider, the snake, and the creepy bug anyway, because I have two sisters.

Little known facts.

Clydesdales were bred as war horses to carry knights in armor. A normal horse would collapse under the weight.

If you have ever seen a herd of Clydsdales, you will understand the term "Thunderous charge"

Another.. Knights were short people, not much over 5 foot. The perfect armor you see in museums were armorers adverts.

You just have to see the ones that survived from used.

Also it was the "Bodkin" arrow head and the longbow that put an end to armored knights.

I like the fact that I got enough food stocked up for Winter. Since we've had no snow the food supply could last till next June.

 

And I also like, especially, that we've had no snow to make me have to stay in, shovel snow, and to have to use it because with no snow I can easily get to the grocery store and back.

I like knowing the rent, the Utilities bills, the medical and the dental bills are all paid for the month.

 

If we ever lived in caves I like the fact we may have stayed warm by cuddling. Babies, adolescents, adults of all ages all cuddling while we slept in a group squirming around among each other together to stay warm.

 

I like sleeping where I feel warm, safe, and sound.
