Most of the mods in your load require quite a bit of preparation and reading to work correctly. Let alone the fact that some mods either require patches to work together (Like MMM and FWE) or simply don't work together at all. Install 1, 2, or 3 tops. Run Fallout 3, see if it crashes... ----If it does crash, go and see what you did wrong with the 1, 2, or 3 mods that you installedIf it doesn't crash, play for 10-15 minutes to see if the mods caused anything weird to happen, lowered the performance of your game, or if you just end up deciding you don't want them.----If you end up deciding you don't want them, delete them right away; when it comes to modding, less is more. The best thing you can do for yourself is only have "MUST HAVE!" mods, and don't bother with the "hey, this could be neat to have..." mods.If you like them and nothing weird happens, go ahead and install 1, 2, or 3 more mods. Take it slow. Doing it this way will take longer than just dumping everything in your Data folder at once, but you will know right away what mods are causing the problem, rather than having to look at a list of 100 mods and playing Guess Who? In the case of big mods like FWE or MMM, just install that mod, and then see if the game runs. Big mods like that deserve special attention. Like someone said above, get BOSS, it will sort your mods for you. After it sorts them, it will open a page in your web browser that gives you info about what you might have done wrong with your mods. Read it. Before you download a mod, read the description, for some of the mods you listed there are some lengthy descriptions and you should read them.Read the ReadMe's after you download. A few minutes of boring reading now will save you hours of heartache later ( did I ever tell you the story of how I had to do 3 fresh installs of Oblivion in one week? Well that's the whole story, the end ) It's not a race, take your time.
