Connection timed-out

Every time I try to download something I get the "Connection timed-out" error, on all sites. It happens after I select a download server (doesn't matter which one I choose and it doesn't matter which browser I use). I don't think it's my internet connection, it's working quite fast today. Here's a screenshot of the message:

Connection ran out of time

 

Waiting too long to connect to fs5.nexusmods.com.

So, why is this happening?

Similar situation to mine. My browser clocks eternally and ends with a "Page Not Found" error message. I get this on the Skyrim uploads site.

FS5 (the London server) is down, it should have been taken out of the rotation but it looks like it hasn't been on one or two sites.

 

I just checked the other file servers and they work fine.
