WickedRequiem
Both are very nice replacers, but I prefer UNP mostly because all the vanilla armors/clothing has been converted to UNP (or UNPB) format.
Deleted5993995User
I don't really like the way the stomach and shoulderblades look in UNP. I'm picky. I like the overall look of CBBE most. Its a very flexible body due to bodyslide 2 and doesn't have to look as exaggerated as it is by default. You can shape it however you want. Plus Outfit Studio can help you to convert outfits for it.Oh and someone mentioned seams. It also has texblend which can easily get rid of neck seams for any face mods out there (or skin textures) Plus BS2's advanced TBBP body works good with Groov's extended XP32 skele for using things like HDT physics and the extended ECE sliders for editing body shapes in game somewhat too. fickji
Everything I seem to want in clothing I can get for both body types. That makes my choice harder. So I'm going with both. It will take some work and patience and two different characters but I can always change from one to the other if I'm feeling bored or want to try on a new outfit. Though I have a feeling I will corrupt my save files. CBBE feels more like a fantasy style version. It also seems to have more lingerie for the body type. You can also mess with choices and sliders and eyebrows...UNP is more of the conserved lore-friendly mod. That sometimes has a wild side in clothing. Both have neck seam fixes if your willing to look for them. I started with UNP so that's the one I will probably stick with in the long run as I'm just more used to seeing that body type. So I guess it is a stormcloak or imperial choice. Funny how that happened, right? I feel like cake now.
abandoner37
You guys dont have any idea what your talking about ( no offence )Let me explain : UNP , CBBE Both have different armour supports , One more then another .Some armours support both ( just install the one you use ) For UNP , UNP is a size and style wich focusus on *perfect body sizes , Wich means ultra slim , big breasts ( in compare ) , small asses . For CBBE , CBBE Is for the people who like NATURAL body's Not those ( model puked out all her food ) coverwoman styled females . UNP : Model figures .CBBE : Natural females . *perfect : Fake playboy models wich kids like ( and pathetic guys who watch to many porn ) So for aarkon . This probably explains your mistake . You are the one who is a kid ( if not , Do more research before you offend or assume thing ) With greetings Abandoner ,
Erethex
I believe I've heard somewhere that UNP is more easier to work with in terms of modding. Maybe that somewhere was in this thread, not sure. This is just an assumption. I've also been seeing new UNP supported clothing mods and compatibility patches, no doubt that CBBE is more popular and still has more in quantity regarding content. My preference is UNP at the moment, I usually change from time to time. I never stick around with the same mods over and over again. I'd say give both a try then decide.
rmm200
This is a really basic question that I have not seen addressed:What happens if you install more than one body type at the same time?I have always used UNP, but I just added an armor mod that requires CBBE.Not one to argue, I just installed CBBE in addition to UNP.Corresponding question: I am using the Dimonized UNP skeleton. What happens if I also install X32 for CBBE?Do they add additional meshes that will be used by what needs them, or does the last one installed win? didlysquat
Pretty neck n neck! I am a brand new, fresh faced lil' modder. If I make a bloke, he's gotta have a beard and look like conan, if I make a lady, she's got to look like a lady. Just opened both pages and instantly UNP put me off. Then I had a look a CBBE and thought, 'hey, look! Women!' This is how I figured them both to be with a short description. CBBE: 50's Pin-up, like Betty Page. UNP: Modern Pin-Up, like keira knightley. (If it's not okey to post non-game pictures please tell me, I don't want to get banned D: )
OpenWorldAddict
How does these compare to UNBP?
jessgage
The stomach on the UNP bodies is unsetlling, it looks as though their ribs are broken. The stomach on the CBBE body is definitely more natural. Plus, you can edit the body to look the way you want it to, so if you think the boobs look fake and inflated, you can fix it. TimeLadyKatie
I notice a lot of people citing CBBE's breast size as being, uh, insane. Which it does allow for, but it also allows for much smaller. It's only as "little boy's fever dream" as the user wants it to be. That said, both have armors I really like which drives me crazy.
