Just type in steam skse in its search box and there ya go. Sneaky i tell ya.

Umm,, that's been there for two years now and that's the version for Legendary. You can't get anything for SSE on Steam anyway, you have to go to Nexus or Bethesda for SSE mods. SKSE64 probably isn't coming out, to be honest with you. The SKSE team is too busy with their careers right now and I don't expect they will have the time or desire to complete it. I'm not going to worry about it, I'm just going to continue playing my awesomely modded Legendary Skyrim.

Well, I get how the SKSE on Steam could cause confusion, as it pops up in the results when you search for "Skyrim", along with the SE, while the original game has been hidden from the store and can no longer be found this way.
