Help creating perks

Hello. I'm attempting to create some interesting perks to play around with and test in my game. For instance, right now I'm attempting to create something akin to a high character level superhero perk - with the intent of adding interesting effects to unarmed attacks. Something akin to One Punch Man or All Might from My Hero Academia smashing the crap out of some raider yokel.

I'd like to state that I'm not asking for someone to tell me exactly how to do it. That's silly to expect and presumptuous of me to think of imposing on your time like that. I'd just like some general pointers of where to look in the Creation Kit and any advice you're willing to give.

Thank you for your overwhelmingly useless and unthoughtful reply. Despite the fact that it is more than mildly annoying that you can't use two brain cells to assume I've already done that and did not find the kind of particular help I need in regards to what I'm attempting to do WITH a custom perk, I thank you for taking the time to answer me in such a delightfully animated way. I'm afraid to report that it did not help however, and I will need to rely on others willing to provide a bit of wisdom.

The easiest way is copying and modifying existing perks.

1.Copy a perk as a new record (not override).

2.Change the conditions and effects.

3.Add and test the perk through console commands. You may want to test and modify to balance it.

Alternatively, you can add them to the perk tree. (either replacing existing one or adding new ranks such as pain train 4 as "One Punch".)

Nice attitude from someone asking for general pointers.

Good luck.

Wow I know this is an old thread, but when did people become so annoyingly rude on this site!

Anyhow in case anyone else comes to this thread, that actually comes up when you Google the topic, Here's a video for people expecting to find help here, the qualities not great but it should help.
