I have diabetes, and might have cancer....

You read right. After a mild seizure last night, doctors today confirmed that I have diabetes, and I also might have cancer due to the cells being found in my body. It would be in an early enough stage to catch it though, unless it gets worse before they confirm it IS cancer. :wallbash:

The only thing I can depend on right now is LUCK. And hopefully the diabetes won't interfere with my military stance. It shouldn't, considering the fact that we have docters and are never fed sugar.

So yeah, I'm in a hospital when I should be getting married on Sunday. They better let me out or I'll escape for my wedding. :teehee:

Ouch, now that's scary news, considering i had two family members die of Cancer  in the last 2 months. Also that seizure could be a sign of a brain tumor. have they crossed that of yet??? Edited by Thor.

I actually asked that last night and they said no, so no tumor.

I feel for you, man.

My father's dad and grandfather (my grandfather and my great-grandfather) both died from cancer. And, just over the holidays this last year, I found a bump on a certain bit. It scared the crap outta me. Luckily it turned out to be nothing, but for a week there, I was panicking like nothing else.

Best of luck to you. I'm sure you will pull through. Remember, you have an entire community of people here for you.

Damn the cancer! I just lost an uncle a few months

back to it, and nearly every death in my family has

been from the big "C." Let's hope the doctors are wrong

or if it is for sure cancer, they can get to it in time as

stated.

But hey....

My prayers and blessings go out to you, dear friend.

May God watch over you and make you well.

God Bless!

Damn, that's a bad run of rotten luck. Hope you get better, and congrats on your marriage. I'm sure the doctor's won't mind if you slip out the window for a bit. :P Edited by Keanumoreira
