403 Forbidden nginx/1.11.5 error when downloading from North American premium

Like the title says, when downloading manually from the North American premium server (I'm a premium member), I'll get redirected to a webpage that says

 

403 Forbidden

nginx/1.11.5

 

This started yesterday, then went away later on in the day and is now doing it again. Switching my default to Europe 1 has bypassed the issue.

I am having the same issue. I tested it with this file

I can download this file from the Europe 1 server, however the North American server has been kicking me to a 403 error.

This file does the same thing.

I've mostly been downloading Fallout 3 & New Vegas files, however, it looks like other games are affected as Aceospaeds24 notes.

I don't want to double post, but the issue has not been resolved. I am still using the Europe #1 premium server. I don't know what could be causing it.

Are you, by any chance, using an internet connection that balances over multiple IPs, change the IP part way through or something similar?

I have no idea. How would I find that out?

 

Actually that shouldn't be the case. We switched internet providers and routers sometime earlier this month after the initial 403 thing.

Can you please first go to www.whatismyip.com and paste here the IP address that you get?

Then try downloading any mod from the fileserver and either paste here the link if you can, or at least write the exact mod and file you're trying to download. It would help to give the exact time you begin the download at, so I can trace it more easily in the log files.
