IncarnationofInsanity
As it says in the title, how would I go about creating new pieces for buildings and import them into the SSE Creation Kit? I'm currently trying to make a Magnus themed tower for a home mod, but none of the textures within the Creation Kit are really working for what I want to do. If some one would be willing to provide a simple tutorial on how to do so, that would be great. Thanks in advance, The Incarnation of Insanity
Raider5
take a look at some of the mod texture packs, and also resource packs might have textures you could use. Good luck Edited October 29, 2017 by Raider5
Raider5
depending on whether your asking how to make and place models into the game or just textures the answer is going to be complex. you will need a modeling program NIF scope a paint shop type program. **** Blender is a free modeling program GIMP is a free paint and photo program ***a basic tut for making a weapon for skyrim, its pretty much the same for SE. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hYHj2Dy49s

Raider5
Thanks for the help :smile:your welcome. there are plenty of vid tutorials out there for making skyrim assets in blender. if your going to use blender 2.79, make sure to carefully read the tuts on exporting NIF files. personally I use 2.49b to export since its easier to export nifs from.
