quick opinion on my load order

Ok, so I bought the game, and about seven minutes after playing i remember about BG2 modding world and wondered if oblivion would be the same, and so i wondered into the wonderful, dark, and occasionally frustrating world of oblivion modding. I just got the basics(ooo, MMM, and the recomended mods on BG's list of base mods, soem atleast) and was wondering about my load order, since besides the usual CTD-upon-exit thing I also have the occasional stutter(not graphics related, the same on 640x480 than 0n 1440x900), and some rare but annoying random CTDs. Used Tes4Edit and fixed a bit my load order(critical loading issues, had quite a few :) ) and now i wanna get back to playing, so i figured i'd ask the more experienced if my load order was correct(its in the bottom). I also had a couple of quick not-so-related questions, which I ll ask first.

 

About mod installing order, i did some overwriting, from OOO to base files, form MMM to OOO, and from race balancing project to OOO, among others, is this ok?

 

And About another mod i d like opinions about(mostly about compatibility, load order and in-game issues), deadly reflexes, should i install it? are there necessary special precautions with this one? I know it says it wont break any mod, loading such a big one as the last seems a bit dangerous....

 

EDIT: Im having some issues with races(eyes, skin) textures, concerning the RBP, i get the races, but they r either transparent or purple, and dont get most of the eyes(transparent) or hairstiles, is this normal/to be expected?

not good at all this order. Since you have OOO and MMM follow the load order advises from FCOM site even if you don't plan using it (my own advise you doing).

Yeah, thought about that at first, FCOM seemed great, but since i read it was "not for the faint of heart", and im quite new in modding(and i didnt want to spend another 2 days modding) I figured i d stay away from it for now...., i ll take a llok though.

FCOM isn't hard if you do some research and are prepared to try things a couple of times to get it right. Since you're starting with no character, you can always clear everything and reinstall if you need a fresh start, so now is a good time to experiment.

thanks, I ll use that load order as reference. Im only stopping myself from using FCOM because im not sure if the other good mods i like, which may conflict with it(like midas, LAME, natural enviroments, and some quest mods). would this be a problem, or can i safely install them on top of the FCOM install?

 

by the way, im getting an odd crash everytime i try to save a game after visiting a merchant, is this a usual kind of bug?
