kn1ghtfall
Dear modders, Is there a quick way to swap 2 door markers, so that the interiors are exchanged? I know it can be done in the CK, but I was looking for a more "automated" way like a tes5edit script or something. The problem is, there's a house mod I'd like to use in place of Breezehome - it's far from Whiterun, but I'm only interested in the interior, as it's about the same size as Breezehome so I don't care about the exterior. However it has all sorts of markers, hearthfire tags, etc. and the CK is making me go nuts. So I was hoping there was a simpler way to do what I'm trying to accomplish... any suggestions? greyday01
Can't you just select the exterior door to Breezehome, r click and chose edit, a box will open, go to the teleport tab. Leaving that box open off to the side, go to the new house interior cell and orient the camera so you can see it's interior load door. Go back to the open edit box you have off to the side and in the teleport tab click select reference in cell. you will get a sort of target marker. click on the teleport door you have showing and accept. The outside and inside doors should now be linked.
kn1ghtfall
Thanks so much! I didn't know about select reference so I was doing it by hand... but even with select reference it didn't seem to work, until I unchecked the teleport box and made it "forget" the previous cell data, then it worked. Finally! Kudos for your help and thanks again.
