SharraShimada Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 @Jimmy, yes i read about that nearly 2 months after release. The mod i posted was just something i found quickly. I also never run into that bug myself. But we all know, bethesda-games are sometimes really wierd. Install a game on 2 identical rigs, and one causes problems, the other runs fine.

Sometimes it decides to load the correct texture but more often than not I get that black texture on codsworth. I've also seen it referenced by others on youtube as a "well-known bug." Anyways, just thought I would throw that out there. Have a good one!

Proof it's well-known among the ten people you came across who suffered the bug :tongue: On the other hand, I'm not going to pretend I have an all-seeing eye and that I know about every single glitch that has been talked about amongst the most minute gaming communities on the planet, so, hey, guess what, I on occasion might have missed something. But, if this was/is a well known bug amongst the millions of FO4 gamers then why hasn't it been addressed in the Unofficial FO4 Patch? And of course I could be wrong here also and the bug IS fixed in the UFO4P and I simply missed that also. In the end, it doesn't matter how well known the bug is or how wrong I -or anybody else- might be about its popularity. What does matter is that people who suffer from the bug can be helped :wink:
