Graphics on Fallout:new vegas on laptop

Hey guys. on fallout new vegas my graphics worked perfectly fine on medium quality. when i unpluged it and then pluged it back in the graphics were crap on medium and worse on low quality. i dont know what happened. :wallbash:

I think he means unplugged the notebook rather than the card, I doubt many notebooks have removable cards. Maybe some power saving option has enabled itself?

if the notey dies just because its unplugged

 

he's got bigger fish to freeze-dry than just his missing performance

I'm thinking that maybe when it switched to battery it also changed power saving mode and hasn't changed back, mine changes when I unplug it.

i have mine change the brightness when i unplug it, that way i know if i accidentally unplug it during a game.

 

nothing worse then not knowing you hit the plug and youve been draining your battery then boom, no power.
