mohre508
Looks insanely good. I want to play this right now! Just one suggestion, you might take into consideration. I think you should use another texture for the free space between the houses. There will be the most movement of the villagers, interacting with each other, so it might be more immersive, if there wouldn't be that much lush grass, but a little more dust, mud, because of the many feet stanping over the ground each day. PrometheusTS
The placing is just a random terrain I placed the sturctures to feature them , its not a village neither is a planned settlement , its just to portray them .

WLionheart
I've been to Norway and to the Island of Lofoten , there I saw a Viking long house called Borg that maybe could inspire you for an architectural building. I thought it would perfectly fit in Issgard so I decided to show you it http://www.hurtigruten.com/Global/Images/WIP/Excursions/Excursions145x130/LofotrVinkingFeast_Stein%20J%20Bjoerge.jpg?t=5363616C65546F46696C6C3A3437317832333590A665708B3308D3C34700B3DC03EEAB9E649114http://www.luxnet.at/gallery/d/3306-4/nr-lofoten-05.jpghttp://www.lofoten.info/aimages/c_Lofotr_Viking_Museum__Gil_1255679691.jpghttp://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/03/38/db/a9/lofotr-viking-museum.jpghttp://lore-and-saga.co.uk/assets/images/living-history.jpghttp://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/02/b0/44/69/filename-dsc04178-jpg.jpg

WLionheart
Even better , its a Viking Chief long house . You can somewhat see it as Jorrvaskr but it really IS big. It exists of 3 sections even a throne in the middle room. The Viking chief lived there with his family and I think the most important people too not so sure , since I was there without a tour guide. This is the only English info I could findhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borg,_Vestv%C3%A5g%C3%B8y

Kraeten
Oh...those look quite good indeed. I wish I'd had thoroughly modeled castles like these when I was making Stonespire instead of the rather 2 dimensional Solitude facades. Thanks for sharing these WIP shots with us!
