Some questions about the Fallout Lore that I dont get

The thing I dont getabout Fallout 4 is the setting. All the cars, buildings, clothes etc have a futuristic 50's look to them, while in Fallout New Vegas the buildings and broken down cars all look quite modern like they look nowadays, after a nuclear fallout ofcourse. So that's my question, why does onlt fallout 4 have a futuristic 50's (kinda bubbly XD) look to it?

Fallout 4's visuals or aesthetic is way, way, way down on the list of things it could be criticized for when it comes to discussing canon. It's also something I think the artists handled very well especially with staying true to some things like the designs of robots (sentry) or armor like the t51-b suit. The color schemes can be clashing at times but I think that was a deliberate decision to address previous voiced concern about fallout 3 being too monochromatic or dull, too 'green.'

You can never win with fans.

NV is the same (vanilla) only it was a brown lens :p

Fallout, generally has a problem with trying to rectify what the player sees, visually in terms of artistic direction wanting to convey the destructive legacy and horribleness of nuclear war with the amount of time that has actually passed in the universe which by all accounts, realistically, would have swept most of the evidence of war away.

Bethesda seems to want to make Fallout games that look and play like they take place mere decades after the great war, regardless of timeline.

I got so tired of the dreary NV look. It was depressing. Graphics packs for NV consisted of higher resolution rust. That is why Skyrim was such a pleasant relief when fully modded. They have some extraordinary graphics modders creating stuff for that game.

The new look of Fallout 4 was pretty dreary too, but with tree and grass mods, as well as ReShades and ENBs that depressing quality can be minimized. There are also mods that create a both grim and washed out looks for those players who like that look. I like sharp and colorful. Something with a degree of beauty, even if it is a ruined beauty.
