Skyrim CTD when entering Whiterun exterior cell

Whenever I enter the exterior cell of Whiterun. For example if I leave Whiterun through front gates CTD after brief moment of being loaded in CTD also occurs when exiting Helgen Cave or the path from Rive wood leading up to Helgen where the fork in the road is. This also occurs with Camping in the woods option for alt start. In Alt start I can start inside of Whiterun and everything works fine until I leave the city which is when the CTD occurs. Other Exteriors work Fine as well it seems to be only something loading in this cell causing a crash. I.E Rorikstead=No Crash;Markarth=No Crash

Now I figured that since you have a Bashed page you know about LOOT and Cleaning your masters/mods.

 

I've heard of some folks having issues with SkyUI with it causing CTDs but folks have to remember that is still in Beta testing. Blood Textures I had issues with that one there and since I got rid of that one and wet and Cold I've not had any problems at all. I've got 200 + mods installed and activated right now and have not had one ctd. Of course I I only currently have a small handfull of the same mods as you got so I can lonly say on the ones I've tried myself. Immersive Citizens I had issues with as well.

 

You've got a file called Patch.esp Which I'm not sure what mod that there is from Not the SSE Unofficial patch as I don't have it. Also I know "cutting room floor is stuff for which didn't make the game so could be issues with that there or soemthing conflicting with it.. Just somethings you might want to look at.

So I beleive I found the problem for whatever reason QaxeQuestorium causes CTD in the areas described. I'm not sure what this is conflicting with, perhaps WICO? To be honest I recommend downloading Alternate Start to anyone who has to go through this process simply because it makes everything much easier.

And believe me it took a lot of trial and error to get everything to play nicely. Now I"ve got more mods for which I'd like to add to my current mods but I need to find a way to copy my current load order without having to write it all down on paper. Any Ideas?

Nothing works for me. Absolutely nothing. And some of the CTDs cause me to have to clean the Update, Dawnguard, Hearthfires, and Dragonborn, all over again. I've even run the game in vanilla, after uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing works.

 

I'm at wit's end ...

 

PS Sorry about my mod list. I'm only running 30 mods, right now, and have MUCH MORE than enough computer power to run this game (I run Witcher 3 with no problems). Also, I should point out that I'm running Skyrim SE ...
