evildark97
Hello guys , I have a doubt since Skyrim SE was released . The skywind project started some years ago "over" the Oldrim engine , but I dont see any confirmation by the TES Renewal team that this amazing mod will be ported to Special Edition too. It would be such a pity to waste the 64 bit engine of SE . Did someone of the TES Renewal team said something about the release of Skywind on Special Edition ? Rebelzize said a week ago that the Skyblivion will be released to SE but he didn't mentioned anything about Skywind.
Tooneyman
Probably yes... You can go ask the discord team if you really want too. The question is when will we get it at this point. haha.
Vattende
Yes, indeed, Discord is a great way to follow the progress for all two, and Skyblivion, and of course Skywind. I'm waiting so hardly for Skywind, and realy also hope there will be a SE version. I loved Morrowind so much. At this time it was such a great thing and new experience to me. One of my first open-world i could room around like i wanted. I started it over and over, played it so many mal with all races and many different characters. It was an amazing time! So play again this great game with new graphics, and all, it's maybe lot of nostalgia, but i'm sure i will love it again.
JimmyRJump
Errrm... why don't you ask the devs themselves? Because, hey, that's what we would have to do in order to answer you...
Moksha8088
That development team is sort of racing against the clock considering The Elder Scrolls VI will be coming out somewhere around 2023-2024.

Unless they ( Beth ) gets their act together - I do not want to see them do a VI, 2/b honest. After FO 4 and FO 76 total screw ups .... I'm just not sure I want them to take on VI. Right now they would just ruin it, if they did.
Moksha8088
I think it would be wonderful if these projects ever come to fruition. If not, perhaps they could publish a small paper on what not to do with group modding projects.
Anselmp
If ES Vl is not expected until 23-24 that won't be of any interest, especially if like Skyrim it is not at its best until 9 years later. I did not think FO4 was that terrible, although I am no longer interested in trekking across shattered landscapes populated by hooligans and did not bother with 76. I would prefer it if a group put together a version of ES 3 4 & 5 including a few hundred of the best mods, especially SKSE and SkyUI, in order to simplify everything. That would be worth paying again. You could even retire a hero from one part to a throne or a monastery and switch to another who could get advice from the first - I don't know if this has been done before, but it should be possible.Don't bother with Daggerfall. That was so boring I never finished it.
