How to merge Plugins

So I have a ton of mods and would like to merge them... someone mind explaining how to do this? I have a ton of small mods that really don't need their own dedicated plugin that I would like to condense down.

i'm kinda in the same boat as you, getting fairly close to the plugin limit and i'd like to trim my load order down a bit too, so i've been reading a little here and there to get a general idea of what i'll need to do, but haven't actually done any merging yet.

here's a thread from the other week about merging mods that seems to have pretty detailed instructions: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/6294411-need-help-with-merging-esps;-some-questions-when-using-nmm-activation-and-stuff/

and a video Elianora did a while back in case you're more of a visual learner:

sorry i'm not capable of explaining it myself yet but hope it helps

There are several videos that were well done on this. I am posting a few of these for you all to check out. These do work. I know some are older videos, for other games, but they do work with Fallout 4. First is Gamerpoet's video, the second will be Dirty Weasel Media's. Gamer Poet's is extremely detailed, and involved. These are both good to watch. Cal's is the one you want to watch first. GP's is the one you want to watch for more than what Cal covers. They may be a little dated, but they are still relevant for even now.

I recommend you to look at the video located in WOTC ( War of the Commonwealth ). By watching that video, l learned how to create my own custom mod and how to do a patch for my game. It is not difficult but you have to be careful.

The patch that you create, will automatically move everything into the patch; the game will automatically and intelligently do this but there will be some records that must be move manually. That is the major problem that you will encounter. I am learning this stuff but I can tell you that if you are afraid to break your game by doing something wrong, you will never learn it.

Which records to move to the patch is something that you need to decide. Knowing what every single record does is the key to find out if that record should or not be moved or if you leave it where it is. Whatever is moved to the patch will override everything else before it and it is what the game engine will take to run the game.

GP is waaaaaay too long and over detailed. Elianoras video (5 minutes long) was far better. Thanks anyways though.
