Constant CTD's

Okay so, thank you so much for the answers, I did something with them
I started a new game, it didn't crash right away, it lasted for 53 minutes until the first CTD. However my main save who is level 35 CTD's much quicker.
First of all, I installed LOOT, corrected my load order (didn't change CTD problem) which is now:

I don't know exactly what you meant with actual load order but tell me what you meant and I'll do that xD
I found out by running LOOT I also have a lot of ITM records, deleted references and navmeshes in my normal basegame files (so Dawnguard.esm, hearthfires.esm, update.esm and dragonborn.esm) and the internet told me that can be responsible for CTD's a lot. I wanted to clean them, but I found a lot of people on the internet saying don't do that, so I withheld myself from that since I'm already not the handiest.. should I though?
I am currently watching Gopher's videos on Mod Organizer and I'm gonna collect information first and then do the trick with Mod Organizer and hoped it works.
I don't know what wryebash does and I saw TES5 edit is officially a mod and I have become hesitant of downloading mods, or is this the kind of mod that you can add without problems?

Wryebash and TES5Edit aren't "mods" , they are pieces of software that are very useful for modding

the Edit tools (they exist for Oblivion , Skyrim , Fallout 3 , New Vegas and 4) are used for creating merged patches , cleaning master files (like the official esm files) , and other things

the Bash tools are used mainly for the creation of bashed patches , but can also be used even as a mod manager (I use Wryebash for Oblivion , and it's a really nice and useful tool)

you should most definitely install both of these , as creating a bashed patch is really useful (especially if you plan on using mods that add or modify leveled lists , like mods that add items) , and you will probably need to clean some plugins (from what I recall , Skyrim's esm files should be cleaned)

there are plenty of guides on how to clean plugins , and it's a really easy process (it takes some time , but really no effort)

and if you begin by first making a backup of all the files you'll clean , you should have no problem with it

the best thing to do is to find a comprehensive guide on setting up your game for modding , and just following it from start to finish . these guides usually hold everything you need to at least start it going , and they usually detail all or most steps you will need to take (like cleaning masters , ini edits , optimization tools and such)

I cleaned my ESM's just recently so its fresh in my mind. As wasted assassin mentioned its not hard how ever it does need doing in a certain way. Before you commit, do as much info grabbing as your brain can take. But remember one thing always. Skyrim.ESM should never be cleaned ever. Its the foundation of the rest of the game so leave that one alone. Gopher's tutorial is great just run it a second time on Dawnguard only. I'm sure if you look you'll find more on YouTube.

As for your load order it seems to have sorted out what I pointed out in an earlier post. It put the unofficial texture.ESM's and the patch in the right place.

I cleaned my plugins now (including the master files) and I didn't get to converting my mods to Mod organizer yet, but I think it's because I found the problem..

I ran Memory Blocks Log while I was playing skyrim until CTD's happened a few times, and the problem is that everytime it crashes its because ive reached the limit of the memory blocks... so with Gophers help i changed the SKSE.ini so that my memory blocks log is now DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1024 and ScrapHeapSizeMB=512, but my game still crashes at the older block limit... did I do something wrong in that process? Because I have followed every step of Gopher's tutorial like he said :P atleast I am pretty certain now my problem is because of that

^bump^ I really want to be able to play my skyrim save again and I desperately need help, because I am really not that good with mods and technical issues. Much appreciated <3

well , there are two things that might be happening here

first , this issue might be simply an issue of memory limits . if this is the case , you should try reducing memory usage (start by not using the HD textures DLC , from what I recall this isn't optimized at all . there are far better mods for this)

since you say the rate of crashes increases when you play more , I wonder what is the size of your save files . if your advanced saves are large , this probably means you have save bloat issues . so if this is the case , it's another direction for you to explore and see if you can solve this

If this just doesn't seem to work , you should start with a vanilla game , and start adding mods slowly and testing your game

try to avoid using lots of mods , and try to check the comment pages to see these mods don't cause issues to people . try building your mod list over this testing period , and hopefully you'll be able to play the game soon enough

How big my saves are is not the problem, because my biggest one (Maia level 34) is 391 Kb. So I started with disabling what you said (which is HD textures DLC and the unnoficial patch of that) but I only ended up getting an infinite loading screen when I left the cell I was in (Falkreath hearthfire home)... does an infinite loading screen still mean its the same problem as when a CTD happens? I'm starting to just wanna give up lol

I had a problem, very similar to yours. I had a regulary crashes after maybe 1 or 2 hours of playing.

Tried many things (including LOOT to sort the load order), but there's one thing, which fixed these CTDs: i've downloaded Wrye Bash Standalone and manually sorted the load order with its help. It shows your current load order and there are coloured squares to the left of each mod: if the square was red: there is a problem with master-files load order. Wrye Bash can show the right load order if you left click on the mod (in the right bottom cornee of the window). This helped me a lot, not a single crash since than (except for one, when exiting dialogue, but it's different). So, i would recommend you to do the same.
