Fallout 3 with FWE mods stuck in menu screen

I downloaded FWE mod recently with all the other recommended mods (MMM, WMK, Project Beauty and EVE) followed the guide exactly like it says in Fallout Wanderer's Edition Mod. My game loaded and did not crash, which I think is an improvement over most crashes, but got stuck at the menu screen where there is a picture of a dude in a Power Armor. The menu did not load as usual and all my attempts to skip the Bethesda Software credits using mouse and keyboard is non-responsive.

 

I am previously playing in Mid settings of Fallout 3 Vanilla with slight to no lag.

 

My computer specs are:

Dell XPS M1530

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 2.0GHz (2CPU)

3072MB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT

1522 MB

I am having the same exact problem have been following the Fallout 3 mod video series and now im stuck at the power armor picture screen have the same exact mods installed as Benchwarmers/

 

 

Tried the Unified HUD project mentioned in the previous post and not change.

The system requirements for Fallout 3 call for a CPU with a clock speed of 2.4GHz. You have 2.0Ghz. It would seem that your equipment is not up to the task to run Fallout 3 properly.
