JimmyRJump
My game would probably crash if I had over 100 in a settlement.. let alone 500. Please share your RAM :tongue:Can't share my RAM. I need it to play games. I can tell you how much I have, however. 4x4GB KHX Genesis Grey@1600MHz system RAM and 8GB V-RAM. Boston Airport was getting hairy with all settlers sharing such a small space, but Croup Manor was okay because having spread settlers over a wider area (I'm using the Build High - Expanded Settlements mod which adds quite a bit of space to Croup Manor). Just after work things started to slow in the fps department when all the settlers ran off to the gym and all one-hundred plus of them squeezing together in front of the entrance to grab one of the twelve devices (six horses and six weight-lift benches). Kodiak412
I probably have about 40 settlements in the Commonwealth (Non DLC) and probably have about 300 settlers. I would say 250 is about average or a little under for normal play. 300 to 350 would be a better guide for most (non Jimmy) players. Jimmy is the settlement king and in a league of his own. :)

crawe1x
The most I've had in a single settlement is around 100. I now tend to cap them at around 60-70 so that the game doesn't bug out. On average, I probably have around 20-25 settlers in the smaller settlements, with maybe double that in the larger settlements. In terms of total settlers, I probably have between 800-1000 (just the base game, so ignoring Nuke World/Far Harbor settlements, which I haven't got around to yet).
