No response does not equal permission unless the modder specifically states in their ReadMe/description that you may use their stuff if they don't respond within a certain amount of time. Using someone's resources for your mod without receiving permission just because you were unable to contact them is a bannable offense. Even mods marked as Modders Resources for Oblivion would have to have permission granted to be converted to other games in order to use them for Skyrim. etayorius Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 I thought you could use anything as long as you dont make profit out of that... i doubt they will actually sue people, i seen Left4Dead models in other games, and i also seen sims stuff into heck ton of other games wo why would bethesda?
