RubikNight
Used games will always exist. It's really hard to get rid of them. You can only go so far to get rid of game retailers. The UK saw what happened when they got rid of the used gamestores (GAME). They saw a huge decline in purchases. Game Stop an EB Games, Best Buy and Futureshop they all have a used game market, and their profit margin, especially in North America is high. This is just another form of internet censorship, where piracy is causing huge loss of money (READ: Not really) for film and music industries. How they actually lose money is companies like Game Stop give them none of the money they earn from used games. If they could just come into terms for getting some of the money from used game sales, the abolishment wouldn't happen. Nintendo games, well, almost all of them end up in the bargain bin anyways (unless it's NDS based). Again, my PS2 has been working 12 years, and my NES almost 20, I'm good when it's PS4 wise. SubjectProphet
Using my knowlage, I (LEGALLY) attached one of the best graphics cards in the market to my PS3 and am running Skyrim on Ultra on my PS3. :)
Rennn
Huh, that's cool. It's not really a PS3 at that point though, since most PS3 games probably wouldn't work. Yes, no?
JimboUK
Well, it looks like the casual gamer crowd has grown bored with consoles and has moved on to smart phones. Hopefully we'll see a hardcore PC renaissance for actual gamers, but that's probably too much to hope for. This is really what killed the Wii, the casual crowd they pandered to found cheap/free alternatives on Facebook, iOS and Android, they can't continue to charge full price on consoles for the type of stuff that's free or dirt cheap elsewhere. Lol, I can't run older games, but I can run all of the newer games.

I expressed that. It can run Crysis 2 on ultra. Happy? Yes you can adjust the settings using a PC and your console. As far as I know it works when I adjust the settings personally. Ugh, I'm too tired to explain. Maybe check back in morning and everything will be completed here.

If the rumoured specs of the next generation are to be believed they'll struggle to match a mid range gaming PC, they really are disappointing.

Happy?my point was, if you truely did hook up a badass GPU to your PS3, mentioning Skyrim wouldnt really do yourself justice. Yes you can adjust the settings using a PC and your console.
