SirGalahad
I installed Darker Nights and set it as dark as possible. It makes night play harder, but I enjoy it. Thought it silly I could not quite tell the difference between day and night, before, without checking the clock on my Pip-Boy! So, I'm thinking about adding True Storms. I remember there was a checkbox for True Storms during the installation of Darker Nights. Do I need to disable Darker Nights first, reinstall it, or run its setup again in some way? How would I run its setup again, if, for example, I messed it up? Lastly. does True Storms lower frame rates? Thanks! • Windows 7 64-bit• Intel i7-950• 12 Gb RAM• GTX 780 with 3 Gb VRAM Edited March 31, 2018 by SirGalahad
Jannifer
In order to choose different installation options, you'll need to uninstall the mod and reinstall it. You can do that through whatever mod manager you might be using. I've done this several times on Skyrim mods when I wanted to change the options I was using. As to frame rates, much of that will depend on your rig, especially your graphics card. You might want to add that information so that someone with the same or a comparable card can help you with your frame rates question. :)
bbiller
NMM does have a re-install option, no need to remove anything. First put in True Storms, once that's done, go to Darker Nights, right-click on it and you should be able to find the re-install option and that will run you through the install script. Once both are in, you will probably need to make some load order adjustments.
