Nintii
I loved them all except Hulk ... Iron Man goes without saying ... excellent, with an awesome soundtrack ... Thor was good as well, Captain America had a good storyline which made tons of sense. The last Batman was the best and Green Lantern was so so for me ... another excellent one was the X-men First Class. SuperAxilla
I loved them all, but I think Thor ended badly, since he was cut off from the Earth after the gate collapsed. I'm really not a fan of Demigods as superheroes, but I guess someone was running low on imagination at the time. Personally, I thing Hollywood has had a imagination deficit for quit a while. This may end the possibility of another Ironman if it doesn't go well. Tossed in with Captain America and Thor (which I thought kinda bombed out). Throwing Marvel story-lines will only appeal to a certain demographic. I liked the more Greek or Roman mythological accurately depicted films. Like the classics, "Jason and the Argonauts" for example. I don't think this will be able to top Ironman, which I thought was alright.

Personally, I thing Hollywood has had a imagination deficit for quit a while.Thor was based on the Marvel Comic's series. Not Hollywood. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thor_%28Marvel_Comics%29 To say that they were running low on imagination, I think, is totally incorrect. They took an a handful of aspects of Norse mythology, blended it with their own lore and super science, and turned it into a long running series. About all they had to work with WAS imagination... Which they constantly had to drain dry on a weekly basis. Keep in mind this happened near the end of the Silver Age, so was likely a refreshing change from much of what came before. http://blip.tv/sagereviews/the-six-most-retarded-moments-of-the-silver-age-2503960http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/videolinks/linkara/at4w/3337-batman-147http://superdickery.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=679:superweaving&catid=36:stupor-powers-index&Itemid=38 *edit, got distracted*On the otherhand, Thor, since it had a mythological base, was probably the reason why thousands of people suddenly even cared about Norse mythology, or any mythology. M48A5
When I first heard the title, I honestly thought that a movie was made about John Steed and Emma Peel, the original Avengers. When I found out what it was really about, I was very disappointed.
Thor.
I agree i wish the would stick with the comics side of things, because the story is sooooo much more Awesome compared to Hollywoods so called imagination, not to mention Darker.. Invision it like the artist did. if they did the series would be atleast 5 or 6 movies long, Especially Spiderman... I like the take Of the original, Peter Parkers Mother and Father where Secret agents.. The movie version does not have CarnageBlack CatCaptian AmericaCraven the Hunterand so on hmm i wonder if any of those characters will be in Avengers lol, I'm guessing Captian America would be. :teehee: if its anything like the Cartoon,,,,, Edited May 4, 2012 by Thor. Ironman5000
I have watched all the movies as soon as possible, Ironman has always been a favourite of mine before the movies (hence the title) and the films were not disappointing! Thor was amazing and I liked the norse mythology referenced (check Vagrant0s earlier post), as was Captain America. I have to admit before the movie I kind of detested captain america because he was depicted as a bit of a chisel-jawed buffoon but the film really turned me around and now I like it  I don't get why they keep changing the hulk though, Ed Norton was the only good one lately so he should have stuck around for it. I don't know who the new guy is but he's got some shoes to fill (no pun intended). I've still to watch the Avengers but I hear it's awesome, might go watch it in a few days when I can detach myself from modding
Proximitus
Well, hearing this, I'm thinking of watching the movies before the Avengers in a appropriate timeline, anyone know what that should be? Starts with Captain America, obviously, because that's in world war
