SkunkMonkey
For me the main thing missing from the plugin section is an "enable all" option for the plugins. If I purge my mods and redeploy, all of my plugins are disabled. It's annoying having to manually click on hundreds of plugins to re-enable them. CTRL-A will select all plugins. A bar will appear at the bottom with commands you can execute on the selected plugins, Enable/Disable being two of the options. The plugin list works just like any Windows list when it comes to selecting items.

I am genuinely puzzled, because my experience has been otherwise. In the course of experimenting with Vortex on three different games, I have purged and redeployed about a dozen times. In no case were plugins disabled that had previously been enabled.
Tannin42
The list of plugins on the plugins page is actually the list of deployed plugins. This is a bit confusing and I may change it before we leave alpha but right now if you purge and after the purge the plugin list gets rewritten that will disable all plugins because the plugins don't exist any more. The reason for that is that Vortex directly manipulates the plugins.txt file as used by the game as well and I felt it would be problematic to have the plugins.txt list files that the game (and other tools) can't see. However I now think it would be better for Vortex to have its own plugin list, which can then contain un-deployed files.
