Okay, I know you said you have F4SE installed, but have you replaced your original Fallout4.exe with it?

 

If not, what I did was rename the original Fallout4.exe to FalloutBackup.exe, and then rename F4SE.exe to Fallout.exe.

 

It does seem odd the only the Ins option is working for you though.

No, the insert option isn't working. No features of this mod are working.

 

I launch F4SE using NMM, so yes, I'm pretty sure it's the F4SE I'm launching rather than vanilla FO4.

 

Here's a suggestion: Does it matter that there is no esp file in my load order for me to enable? I used an earlier version of this mod, and there was still an esp file I needed to enable. But the ESP file doesn't show up when I download this newer version of the mod. Even if I download the mod manually, the esp file is nowhere to be seen.

I looked at my own install and I'm not seeing an esp or esm either, so that doesn't seem like the issue. I think the older version using the esp might have been pre-F4SE. Maybe try just using the older version? I'm running out of ideas myself tbh. Can you list the other mods you're using?

Hmm. Maybe try disabling Scrap Everything? I'm not home right now but I'll compare it to mine.

 

I recently switched to Vortex over NMM but I don't think that matters

Actually scratch that. It turns out, when I said "the older version doesn't work either," turns out I was using a really old version. Turns out there's been more than a single update since I last downloaded.

 

So I fiddled around and experimented with the versions of the mod that were between the latest version and the I used to use. I found that version 1.10.50 actually works for me. No idea why version 1.10.82 doesn't work.
