1. Is that NMM the newest from Github? If yes, a quick reload of NMM may fix it. If not, the older versions can have issues with the creation Club. One option is export the order, make alterations, import it back. That should fix things.good hunting.

I have the lastest version of NMM. The problem is I also can't uncheck those mods. I have a weird gamebreaking bug with out of time when Tunnel snakes esm is checked and loaded on NMM. So even if I change the load order I need to uncheck tunnel snakes and then reenable it later. I can't do that now because NMM is borked.

Latest version is 0.65.4. Do you have that version? The frozen plug-ins issue was resolved in v0.65.3, by the way, so if you got your "latest" version from the Nexus, you'll still need to update NMM from GitHUB.

yeah, I just downloaded it. I also found a way to fix a bug I was encountering with the tunnel snakes esm. so it all worked out. Thanks.
