Peanut Butter (Paste) Crunchy or Smooth?

Thankfully the days of Australian peanut paste, with the oil floating on top, are over.

 

These days I go for organic crunchy peanut butter (butter as it is now called here in Australia) but will go for smoother organic stuff if none of the crunchier stuff is available.

 

Though Australian, I have never been much into Vegemite, the black stuff that non-Australians often gag at, but have always loved peanut butter (paste). I like to have it with strong tasting honey on toast and even a nice fresh banana. A true breakfast feast! :dance:

Smooth with saltine crackers. Crunchy when making peanut butter cookies.

I enjoy some icecreams and other desserts that are partly peanut butter (paste) such as snack bars. If well done, if not overly sweet or rich, I especially like such. :biggrin: :thumbsup:
