Skyrim Unplayable

I did everything I could possibly think of short of redoing everything to fix these problems but now I'd like to ask the community for some help. So first off, the biggest issue is the no menu options on the main menu when you start the game, it worked once after I did the whole merged patch, ran loot, dsr, literally all that stuff but then the game would crash on load and when I tried to start a new game it gave me a racemenu chargen error then would infinitely load and I was forced to shut it down. Anyways no it's gone back to either crashing after a few seconds or having the no menu fog or options. This should be my current load order, if not I'll change this once my mod manager decides to behave:

Try disabling the Bashed Patch, see if that fixes the no menu options issue. If it does, you've run into a bug in Wrye Bash 307 beta2. You can read some more about that in this topic:

I tried disabling the bashed patch as you suggested and even remade it but the main issue is still there where the game loads to the main menu but there are no options or fog and it crashes right after a minute or less.

Tried the fixes with the previous version and then this beta one, sadly the game is still crashing T^T

Going to try rebuilding my load order through Vortex to see if that helps at all since I haven't heard anything for awhile, hoping that will help and I won't have to resinstall skyrim entirely.

When the game crashes do you get a windows pop up about C++ or anything?

I had problem with latest wryebash after making bashed patch. I reverted back to I believe 305 and that's where I'm staying. Latest wryebash was pulling in additional mods, I also felt there was conflict winners that shouldn't of won.

Ok guys so here's an update on my Skyrim situation. Two days ago I got a brand new refurbished laptop which is an Asus laptop with 12gb of ram to be precise and since I haven't tested to see if it can run The Witcher 3 and lower I decided to scrap redoing my Skyrim mod setup on the old laptop and did it here on this one via the new mod manager Vortex instead. I just finished setting everything up again, excluding a few mods I either updated or don't really need or want anymore since this laptop can run the game on high settings, so this load order is just for this specific character I'm playing as. But there are one major problems and a minor one. Good news is that I can at least reach the main title screen again unlike before and pick the options, however I can't start a new game or load an old one without it ctding seconds later (though with the old saves I want to try to salvage them once I clean the loose scripts so I can resume taking screenshots for a story I'm writing alongside my game since I'd rather not redo everything if I can avoid it.) That's what the minor thing is, I can't take screenshots or if it said I took one with the f12 button I can't find them anywhere. I tried using print-screen like on my old laptop but that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated and sadly I have no idea how to share my load order through Vortex if it even has that option.
