Having trouble logging in

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I play Skyrim Special Edition and for the past few hours I've been trying to log in to mod pages I want to download, but it keeps saying my username or password is wrong (I know they're both right). I can log in here just fine, just not on the mod pages. Is it just me or is everyone else having this issue too?

Same here. Forum log in is ok, but nexus mod login is complaining about false login data.

We have an issue with an update we did recently that prevented logins working if the password had some special characters in it. We're working on it at the moment, but please, in the meantime, use the forum login, which should work.

Thank you, that actually wasn't working just before (it still said I wasn't logged in when I went to a mod page) but now it is.

I've changed my PW, but NMM won't log in. I can't do any mod DLs/Updates because of it. EDIT: Finally worked, after complete re-install of NMM. (5x in a row)

HALLP ! ! oy same. i start up NMM, this time i'm not logged in like usual... I try to log in but it says ''Cannot reach the Nexus login server. Either your firewall is blocking NMM or the login server is down.''.
Now i disabled the windows fire wall, nothing different. Also when i press on the ''update nexus mod manager'' button it says ''The following updates failed: Nexus mod manager could not get version information from the update server.''
Now i can't install new mods. HALLLP

That's not even related. If you're still on a previous version of the NMM, due to the recent mandatory security update it will never be able to communicate with the servers again, not even its internal self-update mechanism will work, as explained in detail here:

You'll have to download and install the newer version(s) manually over your existing one, only then will it be able to login again.

 

The people above including the OP are having problems logging in "to the file sites" themselves, not the NMM. The only one with a similar problem was the one right before you, and they did what the article said, more or less. And they, too, were posting off-topic inside here, about a different issue than the topic is about.
